Zoom Video Participation: Access, Process & Rules

The CPNMD board of directors will host its next monthly board meeting on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.

Residents and property owners who wish to address the board during one of two public comment periods during the meeting are welcome to Zoom in or participate in person. Those wishing to participate via Zoom must complete the Zoom registration form below by no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, January 23, 2023. We will email the applicable Zoom credentials that afternoon.

(Note: If you don’t register before 12:00 noon, you may join us, in person, at 6:00 p.m. at the Castle Pines North Community Center (7404 Yorkshire Drive, Castle Pines, 80108). Alternatively, via live video stream, you may watch the meeting proceedings from our homepage at Lastly, you may view the video recording of the meeting posted to our website at within 24 hours of adjournment.

Step 1: View or print the applicable board meeting agenda at

Step 2: At your earliest convenience, anytime before 12:00 noon on the day of the board meeting, complete the brief sign-up form below.

Step 3: On the afternoon of the board meeting, we will email you the applicable Zoom credentials, including the access link and passcode.

Step 4: Five minutes before the meeting starts, click on the video access link embedded in the email from staff and enter your passcode.

Step 5: Please be patient and wait in the virtual waiting room until the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. Use these few minutes to turn on and appropriately adjust the camera, mic, speakers, and volume of the desktop, laptop, pad, or device you are using.

Step 6: During the designated times on the board meeting agenda (i.e., opening and closing public comment periods and public hearings), when we call on you, please clearly state for the record:

  1. Your first and last name;
  2. The neighborhood/subdivision in which you live (e.g., Hidden Pointe, Bristlecone, Forest Park, Kings Crossing, Serena, Tapestry Hills, Winterberry, Esperanza, Noble Ridge, etc.); and
  3. Your home address.

Step 7: Please share your thoughts with the board for a maximum of three minutes.

Step 8: If disconnected during the meeting, simply click on the Zoom access link we emailed you earlier that afternoon and re-enter your passcode.
