Project History:

In June 2008 a new advisory committee was formed to oversee the development of a new four-year master landscaping plan that will create a unique and distinctive identity for Castle Pines North.

The committee is working with Norris Design in compiling photographs and designs of several areas around Castle Pines North. Phase I began in January 2009 with the development of plans for the bidding process.

The committee includes representatives of the CPNMD Board of Directors, the City Council and the Master Association along with three Castle Pines North citizens.

Membership of the committee includes Charlie Fagan, parks and open space manager for CPNMD; Andy Rhodes, vice president, CPNMD Board; Jennifer Havencroft, City of CPN; David Necker, Master Association; residents Marty Brierley, Tim Dunn, and Jeff Huff.
